LVS finishes 24 win season; Varsity and JV win district titles

The Lady Vikings Soccer Program has made tremendous strides over the past year to continue their rich, winning tradition.  With a overall record of 24-2-5, a national ranking of #26 (as high as #7), a state ranking of #13 (as high as #2), a district championship, a regional championship, and a 3rd place finish in state, the Lady Vikings add another impressive season to their history.

The JV team finished as district champions as well and were undefeated in district play while compiling an overall record of 12-2-2 and a 5-0-1 TAPPS 1-5A record.

"A special season for a special group is all I can say," commented head coach, Jay Fitzgerald.

With the season complete, the players headed off to their separate Spring Break destinations which you can see if you follow us on twitter @nolansoccer.  The players will come back in a week and get right back to the drawing board.

Fitzgerald said, "We want to continue to grow while this incredible season is fresh on our mind."
