BACK ON TRACK: LVS WIN #17

The Lady Vikings clinched the TAPPS 1-5A District Championship on December 12, just running off 12 straight district victories and when they returned from the Christmas Break they didn't have the same bite.

In a 8 day span they lost 4 games, from January 6th through January 13th. They played 6 games inside those 8 days defeating, UIL 5A State Champion, Southlake Carroll, and Klein Oak in the Red Bull Nolan Showcase.

They moved from #7 in the country to #31 in the country, to now #45 in the country.

The Lady Vikings are now back on track as they have outscored the past 3 opponents 15 to 1, a 6-1 win over Buda Hays High School in Austin, a 4-0 win over Midlothian, and a 5-0 win over Paschal.

Their busy January doesn't stop there as they begin the Allison Horn CHHS Memorial Showcase this Thursday with a match against Flower Mound High School, UIL powerhouse Plano West on Friday, and Tyler Lee on Saturday.

The Lady Vikings have been in a tournament each weekend since they have returned back to school and after this weekend they will get a much needed break with no games for over a week (Next Match: Feb. 3rd vs Marcus).
