The Lady Vikings Soccer program finished the season as district and regional champions. The JV and Varsity teams both were upset in the Final Four but still gain national respect, even after their season is complete.
With 36 wins and only 5 loses between the 2 teams, the program is #10 in the state and #24 in the nation. They were ranked as high as #2 in the state and #7 in the country.
The LVS Banquet is set for April 13th and the Nolan Catholic All-Sports Banquet is on the calendar for May 16th after the finals of the NCHS Powder Puff Championships which LVSers are heavily involved in.
The Lady Vikings are in the middle of off-season at this moment, preparing to improve on this tremendous season and continue the LVS winning tradition in 2015.

LVS hits the road again on Thursday
With an impressive win over Austin St. Michael's on Monday night the Lady Vikings continue training camp and will head to Houston on Thursday awaiting Friday opponent.
The winter weather continues to stay around and the Lady Vikings continue to improve to their 24th win as they got on the board early and often at Waco ISD Stadium. Temperatures dropped in some places, 50 degrees from the last time the Lady Vikings took the field.
"It really was a nice night to play, it is suppose to be cold during soccer season, isn't it," commented head coach, Jay Fitzgerald. With the exception of last weeks match vs St. Pius X, the Lady Vikings have played in sub freezing weather all year long.
The cold didn't effect the players tonight. Gwennie Puente, Jordan Gamboa and Elena Guerra all scored multiple goals while Elizabeth Havenhill, Omar Rodenbaugh, Sarah Brown, and Marissa Baldasti scored one a piece.
Everyone contributed in allowing the Lady Vikings to improve to 24-1-5.
